法制晚报讯（记者 李洪鹏）多年来以助学为名，对十余名未成年少女进行性侵且侵吞网友捐款的王杰今天上午在广西隆林县人民法院审理，但由于涉及隐私，法院此次审理不对外公开，审判结果或将择日公布。至此，轰动一时的“百色助学达人性侵案”终于迎来了首次审理。
律师“提级审”被否 今日开庭
今天上午，法晚记者致电隆林县法院，该法院一名王姓工作人员介绍，今天早上9点，“百色助学达人性侵案”在该院开庭，但是是不公开审理。
据记者了解，此次出面指证王杰罪行的受害人“小然”、“小星”（均为化名）的代理律师吴晖曾在3月14日表示，由于该案件情节严重，向广西隆林县人民法院建议提高审理级别。随后，隆林县法院的官方微博就此事进行解释，“隆林各族自治县人民检察院以被告人王杰涉嫌犯强奸罪、诈骗罪，向我院提起公诉。该案是否属于应当移送中级人民法院管辖的情形，本院须开庭审理后，根据查明的案情，才能确定是否符合申请移送中级法院管辖的情形。该案待本院开庭审理后，再决定是否申请移送中级法院。”
其实，从上周日开始，包括该案举报人秋楚、该案第三名受害人援助律师北京天驰君泰律师事务所的田咚以及全国各路记者，陆续抵达南宁或百色等候这次“不公开”的庭审。
以助学为名 施性侵之实
据记者了解，犯罪嫌疑人王杰自2006年起以个人名义开设“百色助学网”，在所谓助学过程中，存在性侵女生的犯罪事实。在此期间，受害女童多达十余人，王杰不仅自己施暴，还将这些女童介绍给同伙王春任。在举报人“秋楚”长达一年的暗中调查后，王杰的犯罪事实浮出水面。
去年8月，隆林警方以涉嫌强奸罪对王杰立案侦查并进行逮捕。随后，另一名涉嫌强奸的犯罪嫌疑人王春任也被警方抓获。隆林县公安局局长魏星说，由于犯罪嫌疑人王杰作案时间跨度较长，手段隐秘，又涉及受害人个人隐私，一些知情人士未能主动配合，调查取证难度大。
而对于“秋楚”提供名单的10名受害困难女童，县教育局实行“特事特办”，给予她们共计38750元的补助。目前，这10名女童已经回到学校上课。随后，隆林县还划拨100万元，对2015年秋季学期在校贫困学生进行资助，每位学生每学期500元。
