中广核收购“一带一路”沿线5国13个清洁能源项目
新华社深圳3月23日电（记者王攀、安娜）总部位于深圳的中国广核集团23日通报表示，该集团23日与马来西亚埃德拉公司等企业正式签署相关法律文件，确认马来西亚埃德拉公司下属电力项目公司股权及新项目开发权股权完成交割工作。

　　至此，埃德拉项目所含“一带一路”沿线5国13个清洁能源项目支付交割工作顺利完成，中广核在海外的清洁能源控股在运装机总量达到884.3万千瓦，成为我国在海外装机容量最大的能源企业之一。

　　据介绍，埃德拉公司是东南亚领先的独立发电商，拥有控股在运装机容量662万千瓦，其13个电力项目分布在马来西亚、埃及、孟加拉国、阿联酋、巴基斯坦五个“一带一路”沿线国家，主要以天然气清洁能源发电项目为主，在东南亚等地拥有丰富的清洁能源项目开发运营经验。同时，埃德拉公司还在积极开发其他清洁能源项目，清洁能源项目储备超过1000万千瓦，其中377万千瓦已签订购电协议或约束性谅解备忘录，主要储备项目为天然气发电、太阳能等清洁能源。

　　中广核与埃德拉公司于2015年11月23日签署了埃德拉项目的股权收购协议。其后，中广核积极推进埃德拉项目交割支付的各项准备工作，经过4个月的努力，先后完成了三大类、二十二项交易先决条件的谈判与确认以及全部交易款项的融资与换汇工作，为项目按期实现交割铺平了道路。
