该分论坛由国家食品药品监管总局主办，副局长吴浈回应称，山东疫苗案暴露了在流通中存在监管不完善的问题。目前，公安部和相关部门正在处理：一是彻查案件，涉及该案件上游、下游的相关企业和个人都要查清楚；二是严厉处罚经营过程中的犯罪分子，涉及到谁处理谁，这里面可能既有单位也有个人；三是信息公开，涉及到案件的相关信息第一时间在网上公布；四是弥补漏洞，要通过这个案件分析问题在哪里，通过这个事情要举一反三。
