　　中新网3月23日电 据广西百色市隆林各族自治县人民法院官方微博消息，3月22日，隆林各族自治县人民法院开庭审理王杰涉嫌强奸、诈骗及王春任涉嫌强奸一案。该案因涉及未成年人及隐私，依法进行了不公开开庭审理。法庭当日未宣布案件审判结果。

　　隆林各族自治县人民检察院指控：2009年至2010年间，被告人王杰借公益助学名义，强行与被害人农某、覃某(未成年)发生性关系；被告人王春任经王杰介绍和安排，将被害人黄某(未成年)强奸。2015年5月，王杰采取隐瞒真相的方法骗取公益团体捐赠善款15000元。依法应以强奸罪、诈骗罪追究被告人的刑事责任。

　　法庭上，公诉机关出示了相关证据，受害人的委托代理人，被告人王杰、王春任及其辩护人进行了质证和辩论，被告人进行了最后陈述。

　　法庭当日没有宣布案件审判结果。
