　　《通知》要求各疫苗经营和使用单位要立即开展自查，凡与涉案嫌疑人员有过疫苗交易或存在从非法渠道购入疫苗、向个人销售疫苗情形的，应在2016年3月25日前主动向当地食品药品监管部门或公安机关报告。

　　《通知》要求各地监管部门要立即组织对本行政区域内疫苗经营和使用单位进行全面排查，不留死角。要根据相关线索及时查明流入本行政区域的疫苗产品情况，对尚未使用的立即查扣。对向非法经营疫苗嫌犯销售产品的疫苗经营企业，以及从其购入产品的经营、使用单位，由所在地监管部门立即立案调查，依法严肃处理。
