据济南警方此前通报，2011年以来，山东省庞某与女儿孙某非法购进25种儿童、成人用二类疫苗，未经严格冷链存储运输销往全国多个省市，涉案价值达5.7亿多元。
国家食品药品监管总局发布的信息说，经该局对山东济南非法经营疫苗案查扣药品的数据分析发现，有9家药品批发企业涉嫌虚构疫苗销售渠道。
这9家药品批发企业为：河北省卫防生物制品供应中心、湖南华一生物制品有限公司、陕西益康众生医药生物有限公司、山东兆信生物科技有限公司、山 东实杰生物药业有限公司、郑州邦正医药有限公司、吉林尚元生物制品有限公司、济宁福泰医药有限公司、陕西医维达康生物制品有限责任公司。

22日，最高人民检察院将非法经营疫苗系列案件作为挂牌督办案件，并专门下发通知，要求各级检察机关侦查监督部门切实做好这一系列案件的办理工作。
通知指出，涉案地区各级检察机关侦查监督部门要高度重视，加强与当地食药监部门、公安机关的工作衔接和密切配合，全面、深入了解非法经营疫苗的流入、案发等信息，完善线索通报、案件移送、信息共享等机制。省级检察院要迅速摸清底数，及时汇总报告最高检侦查监督厅。
