　　【环球时报驻日本特约记者 刘华 环球时报记者 屠丽美】日本共同社21日报道称，在当天举行的中日政府农业部门高官会议上，日方再次要求中国取消福岛等县农产品进口限制，但是中方未予回应。《日本经济新闻》称，日本政府正积极劝说中国政府放宽对日农产品禁令。中日农业合作有望因两国关系缓和而取得进展，但中国对福岛农产品问题的疑虑和关切暂时难以缓解。

　　共同社称，中国农业部和日本农林水产省21日时隔6年在北京举行副部长级会议，中国农业部副部长屈冬玉和日本农林水产省事务次官本川一善作为中日政府代表出席了会议。共同社称，就加强农业合作，中日政府态度积极。但在受到瞩目的福岛农产品问题上，中日则未能取得一致。中国在福岛核泄漏事故后禁止进口宫城、福岛等12个地方产的所有食品，此后将进口禁令缩小到10个地方并维持至今。日本政府一直向中方反复陈说日本农产品的安全性，谋求撤销禁令。但一直没有得到中方回应。

　　共同社称，在与中国大陆协商的同时，日本也在积极游说台湾方面，要求取消福岛农产品进口限制，但马英九政府并未给出明确回应。在民进党赢得“大选”后，日本也迅速行动，就在21日，福岛等五县的官员访问了民进党总部，无论农业合作，还是广义上的全面合作，日本政府对于未来执政的民进党政权抱有很高的期待。

　　社科院日本所对外关系研究室主任吕耀东接受《环球时报》采访时表示，福岛核泄露后，很多国家和地区都对日本相关食品作了进口限制禁令，包括日本的盟友美国等。到目前为止没有解禁，说明日本相关农产品水产品还是没有达到国际标准与各国的要求。日本一味要求解禁，但至今也没有向国际社会作出解释，甚至对于福岛核泄漏的后果也没有向国际社会作出详细解释。
