四川阆中市政府新闻办针对跳楼事件发布说明

　　法制晚报讯(稿件统筹 朱顺忠 记者 王硕)今天晚上，法晚(微信公号ID:fzwb_52165216)记者了解到，阆中市人民政府新闻办公室于2016年3月23日，针对有民工到楼顶欲跳楼事件发布了《关于刘某采取过激行为索要民间工程欠款的情况说明》。

　　今日上午，数名民工爬到阆中市人民政府政务服务中心大楼楼顶，准备跳楼，后经公安机关、消防及医疗人员全力营救，数名民工已被救下，现场无人员伤亡。

　　其情况说明如下：

　　2016年3月23日上午，南部籍人员刘某强行撬开阆中市政务中心办公楼9楼通往顶楼的大门，以拉横幅和威胁跳楼的方式，索要民间工程欠款，引起当时在政务中心办事群众的围观。政务中心报警后，消防、120等部门迅速赶赴现场应急处理。经反复劝说，刘某被带离危险区域，相关部门立即展开对事情原由的调查。

　　经初步查实，刘某2014年与邓某的天河公司签订施工合同，承揽该公司部分工程建设。后多次向邓某讨要工程垫资款和保证金，因邓某涉嫌犯罪被逮捕移送起诉，刘某自感要钱困难，从而采取非理性方式施压，以达到追讨邓某欠款的目的。对此问题，我市正进一步调查核实，并及时向社会公开。
