中国驻比使馆迅速应对恐袭 安置56名中国公民(图)



　　中新社布鲁塞尔3月23日电 (记者 沈晨)布鲁塞尔系列恐袭事件发生后，中国驻比利时使馆立即启动应急机制，为56名中国公民(含4名台胞)提供了协助与便利。

　　中国驻比利时使馆高度重视，立即启动应急机制，迅速与比利时危机中心、布鲁塞尔机场、外交部等有关部门及主要航空公司紧急沟通，核实了解有无中国公民伤亡信息。

　　中国驻比利时使馆第一时间通过使馆网站和微信公众号发布安全提醒，保持24小时领事保护求助热线畅通并开设媒体问询专线，同时派员分赴布鲁塞尔国际机场、多所收治伤员医院查看了解情况，多渠道向旅比中国公民、中资机构和留学生通报情况、核实了解有无伤亡。

　　目前，比方仍在统计有关伤亡人员名单，使馆24小时领保热线已接听处理200余人次求助，迄未接到中国公民伤亡报告。

　　因受到恐袭事件冲击，3月22日布鲁塞尔国际机场关闭，数千名旅客受到影响，其中包括数十名中国公民。当日下午，部分滞留人员搭乘接驳大巴安全离开机场，其余人员陆续安置在机场20公里半径范围内的三处临时安置所。

　　中国驻比利时使馆领事部负责人及主管领事迅速逐一前往查看，向在临时安置所的56名中国公民(含4名台胞)送上了热腾腾的盒饭，并要求安置所尽可能为滞留中国公民提供协助和便利。全体56人目前安然无恙，情绪总体稳定，食品和饮用水均有保障。使馆应要求已协助其中7人转赴布鲁塞尔市内酒店入住，其余49人(含4名台胞)在安置所得到妥善安置。

　　据官方消息，布鲁塞尔市内交通将逐步恢复，布鲁塞尔国际机场23日将维持关闭，何时恢复运营有待进一步评估。中国驻比利时大使馆将继续密切关注情况变化，全力为滞留的中国旅客提供协助。
