以下为问答实录：
问：什么是一类疫苗和二类疫苗？
王华庆：一类疫苗是政府免费向公民提供，公民应当依照政府规定受种的疫苗，包括国家免疫规划确定的疫苗，省级人民政府执行国家免疫规划时增加的疫苗，县级以上人民政府或其卫生行政部门组织的应急接种或群体性预防接种所使用的疫苗。二类疫苗是指由公民自费并且自愿受种的其他疫苗。
问：儿童在预防接种前，家长需注意什么？
答：家长应带孩子到政府部门认定的合格接种门诊进行预防接种，接种前应向接种人员如实提供受种者的健康状况，以便工作人员判断是否可以接种。如接种后出现可疑情况，应立即咨询接种工作人员，必要时就医，以便得到及时正确处理
问：世卫组织提到疫苗的影响不太大，想问安全性到底有多大影响？

问：进口疫苗供不应求了，国家对民营医院的进口疫苗如何管理？是否能确保安全性？国家对临期疫苗如何规范？
赵铠：我国的药典已经跟欧美接轨了，疫苗通过国家鉴定所，质量是有保证的。有些地方进口疫苗销售好，是营销手段。临期疫苗，假如失效了就不要打。比如3月1日失效，只打到25号。实际上可能还有效，但法定的时间失效了。
韩琤琤：疫苗采购的路径非常严格，原则上不能超过一年。我们北京的由北京市疾控中心统一配送统一采购，送疫苗的车有严格的规定，有温度把控。临期的，有核查制度，半年之内原路退回。
问：儿童在预防接种前，家长如何沟通？
韩琤琤：带孩子接种前应向接种人员如实提供受种者的健康状况，接种前防保医生要征得家长的知情同意，需一条一条告知家长适应症和接种后的不良反应，根据孩子年龄段及实际情况再制定接种计划。
