广东吴川市人民法院副院长杜海严重违纪被撤职
中新网湛江3月23日电 (记者 梁盛)中共广东湛江市纪委官方网站23日通报称，日前，经中共吴川市委批准，吴川市纪委对吴川市人民法院原党组副书记、副院长杜海严重违纪问题进行了立案审查。

　　经查，杜海在任职期间，违反廉洁纪律，借外出公务的便利，使用公款旅游；利用职务便利，收受他人钱物，为其谋求利益。

　　杜海身为党员领导干部，违反党的纪律，情节较重。根据《中国共产党纪律处分条例》等有关规定，经吴川市纪委常委会审议并报吴川市委批准，决定给予杜海留党察看一年处分，收缴其违纪所得；经湛江市中级人民法院院长办公会研究，决定给予杜海行政撤职处分，按副主任科员重新安排工作。
