首先让我们了解一下有关疫苗的基本常识。疫苗是将病原微生物(如细菌、病毒等)及其代谢产物，经过人工减毒、灭活或利用基因工程等方法制成的用于预防传染病的自动免疫制剂。疫苗接种后，在不伤害机体的情况下，可使机体产生免疫力。一旦相关的病毒、病菌真的侵入机体，免疫系统便会依据其原有记忆，制造更多的免疫物质来保护机体。

山东“疫苗案”暴露出来的不是疫苗之殇，而是非法经营、监管不力的问题。但是这次事件还是会影响社会公众对接种疫苗的信心。相关职能部门应恪守职责，依法加强疫苗生产、流通、购销、使用等各个环节的监管，确保疫苗安全，老百姓才能放心地接种，毕竟接种疫苗是利己利社会的事情。
