Miller said that Russia attaches great importance to energy cooperation with China towards successful Eastern gas pipeline construction was going according to plan, is willing to work with China to actively discuss the Western gas pipeline project, enhance the level of bilateral strategic cooperation in energy areas.

央视网消息（新闻联播）：中共中央政治局常委、国务院副总理张高丽22日在中南海紫光阁会见俄罗斯天然气工业公司总裁米勒。
张高丽说，在两国元首的战略引领下，中俄务实合作特别是能源合作不断取得新进展。能源合作具有战略性、长期性，双方要运营好已经建成的中俄原油管 道、增供油等大项目，建设好中俄东线天然气管道、亚马尔液化气项目，加快商谈西线天然气管道等项目，还要积极探讨新的合作项目。在合作模式方面，双方要创 新合作思路，按照利益共享、风险共担原则，拓展上下游一体化、油气装备制造、加工技术服务、工程建设、油品销售服务等新领域合作，保持中俄能源合作持续稳 定发展势头。
米勒表示，俄方高度重视对华能源合作正在按计划顺利推进东线天然气管道建设，愿与中方一道，积极商谈西线天然气管道项目，提升双方能源各领域战略合作水平。
