用户数难分伯仲,手中的筹码都是越来越多

中国移动腾讯两家公司是在中国市场上拥有客户数最多的两家公司,用户数都超过8个亿,这样的用户规模简直是让其他所有行业和公司都羡慕忌妒恨。

中移动的4G用户数在2016年累计已经达3.60366亿户,移动用户数总数达8.31264亿户。中移动还首次公布了有线宽带用户数,总数达5793.1万户。同样,腾讯旗下的QQ活跃用户数已达8.53亿,微信以及Wechat的合并月活跃账户达到6.97亿。

中国移动财报显示,2015年,中移动数据业务收入占通信服务收入比达到52.0%。专家人为,这是中移动数据业务收入首次超过语音业务,这标志着基础运营商对传统语音、短彩信业务依赖程度降低,流量已成为拉动其收入增长的主要驱动力。

按照腾讯的财报,场景化通讯成为QQ2016年新的战略重点,将围绕娱乐、办公、教育、游戏等垂直领域加大拓展力度。在教育场景中,QQ家校.师生群用户量达500万,腾讯课堂注册用户达3500万,为“互联网+教育”提供了解决方案;在办公场景中,手机QQ每天通话次数突破4000万次,每天通话时长突破6亿分钟,传文件高峰每天2亿次(文件个数),截图功能每天使用1.4亿次。

中国移动的收入主要得益于流量增长,这种流量增长却没有换来足够的收入,但这种流量增长和流量资费的下降却大大促进了移动互联网应用的爆发,由此带来了包括腾讯在内的互联网服务商的收益大增。

员工收入大相径庭,土豪公司生存艰难

从财报上看,中国移动腾讯都很有钱,公司收入不错,利润不错,新业务成长不错,但两家公司的员工心态可能迥然不同。

据说,2015年前6个月腾讯的总酬金成本为人民币86.02亿元,月人均的酬金成本为5.1万元,比2014年同期上涨了8.5%。

同期,2015年7月年中总结会上,中移动发布了降薪方案。方案显示,中国移动二级正职以上官员年薪将降50%,各省公司班子成员降40%,处长一级管理人员降20%。虽然后来因领导调整而并未彻底执行,但涨工资却是不可能的。中国移动已经十年未涨过工资,现在的人均工资恐怕只有腾讯的十分之一吧。

综合起来看,中国移动腾讯都还是土豪公司,虽然员工的感受差别极大,但电信运营商和互联网公司在未来很有可能殊途同归走到信息产业的同一条道路上,即便两家公司的发展途径存在差异,也不能掩盖双方合作共赢的基本事实。土豪仍是土豪,中国移动未来仍会有一片光明的前途。
