未来薪资涨幅逐步放缓

中智2015年福利调研数据显示,2015年中国的总体薪酬有所增长,达8.0%,相比2014年8.6%有所减少,总体调薪趋势上呈节奏性放缓,近年首次跌到8%。这主要由于整体的经济环境相对趋稳,同时中国企业薪酬已过了快速增长时代,可预计未来的薪资涨幅,无论是企业的实际承受能力还是薪酬本身的水平,都将趋向逐步放缓的薪酬水平。

同时,据中智2016年第一季度的企业预计情况来看,2016年预测企业调薪仅为7.4%,比2015年底预测的7.9%下降了0.5%,可见企业2016年调薪趋势整体节奏明显放缓。

北上广深等一线城市的薪资涨幅创新低,在7.8%。而且二线城市薪酬涨幅高于一线城市,达9.0%。

医药行业调薪率抢眼

此外,对于互联网行业的产品经理相比传统行业更加注重人才的综合能力,如商业敏感度、较强的学习能力等,也造成了互联网行业产品经理一将难求的热度,产品经理2015年薪酬涨幅为9.5%。
