记者以店家身份进入刷单组织发现，店家和刷手一样，也要先交会费，价钱从200元到500元不等。每一笔的刷单价格会根据商品本身价格和店铺级别变化，从7元到22元不等。
商品价格、店铺原本级别越高，收费越高，要把一个商品价格100块钱以内的1颗心小店刷成5个皇冠的店，至少需要6000多万。
做了一段时间的贾凯渐渐发现，自己不过是这个庞大刷单组织中一块微不足道的基石。
他说，“我感觉自己做了很多事，很辛苦。但是我的回报是极少的，费了一个小时的时间，一单可能也就挣两三块钱。有很大比例都被组织刷单的人直接扣掉了。”
这其中包括拉贾凯入会的人。他交的一百块钱的会费，几乎都被拉他入会的人分走了。
这个职位在行业里被叫做“外宣”。在一个内部人士发给记者的刷单兼职简介里，“拍单每单3-20元，客服每接待一人20-30元，培训一个人10元，外宣推荐一个人是100元。”在这些职位里，拉人入会的“外宣”拿的工资最高。
“外宣”为了拉到人，也会使尽解数。在记者加的一个外宣的微信里，为了激励更多的人加入，她会滚动发布自己拉进来的人每天赚了多少钱的截图和每天要努力独立的心灵鸡汤。
315晚会里曝光的刷单平台也被外宣拿来做噱头。
组织内部的人告诉记者，很多准备入行的刷手在3·15晚会曝光之后都向外宣表达了害怕以后会严查的担忧。外宣表示，“淘宝不靠刷单基本做不下去。”并把微博上3·15晚会后讨论的刷单如何挣钱的截图发给想要入行的新人。
晚会结束后，外宣自己在微信上发状态称，“央视3·15都在给刷单做广告了，视频里的记者刷了五分钟挣了30块，看了3·15最大的感触就是刷单比上班赚钱，这简直改变了很多人对这个行业的看法，你确定还在怀疑？”
一个不具姓名的知情者告诉记者，“刷单群内部类似庞氏骗局，一个又一个人拉下线，通过不断介绍新人分提成。”
律师说法
刷单在法律上属诈骗，网络交易应细化规则
北京市同诺律师事务所主任郭香龙告诉《法制晚报》记者，刘亮的案子中，对方支付宝非实名认证的虚拟性增加了案件的难度，但是客服的行为已经构成诈骗，刘亮的钱是可以通过法律途径要回来的，客服要承担相应的赔偿责任。
但是这个责任什么时候落实下来，需要对方有履行能力，如果对方把钱挥霍了，会增加实际落实的难度。
郭香龙说，刷单行为植根于网络平台的数字化交易。人出于自己利益的考虑虚拟一些数字，如果伪造成本较低，处罚又不是很重，同时法律规范不是很严密的情况下，刷单这种行为就很容易野蛮生长。
郭香龙表示，不管是替别人刷单还是自己刷单，在法律上都是一种诈骗行为。但是目前没有形成具体的案例，这一方面和取证难、个人刷单数额不是特别巨大有关，另一方面也和网络平台本身维权的态度有关。
很多交易平台在培养自己的人气和用户黏度的时候，大多采取息事宁人的态度，没有去有关部门报案。如果个人因此造成经济损失，应及早维权报案。
郭香龙认为，网络交易平台日后要完善、细化自己的交易规则，在技术上多一些买卖双方真实性关系的确认，不给个别组织留有刷单的机会。
也有媒体报道指出，“整个电商行业包括卖家都需要从根本上意识到刷单之祸不根除，终将反噬以评价为信任基础的线上交易体系。”
“如果我早知道这样，我是绝对不会做的。这么做也会让原来不好的店排名靠前，误导消费者买到可能没那么好的东西。”认识到这些后的贾凯早早就洗手不干了，张敏也在被骗了2500块钱之后开始选择一些更务实的工作。
赔进去九万多的刘亮却无法全身而退，现在每天等待他的是一群上门要债的兄弟和不知何去何从的生活。
