法制晚报讯（记者 李洁）今天上午，市十四届人大常委会第26次会议审议了《北京市区、县、乡、民族乡、镇人民代表大会代表选举实施细则修正案》和《北京市乡、民族乡、镇人民代表大会组织条例修正案》。
据法晚记者（微信公号ID：fzwb_52165216）了解，修改后的《选举法》增加规定， 公民参加选举不得接受境外任何形式的资助。 此次《实施细则修正案（草案）》也增加了相应条款：公民参加本市区、乡、民族乡、镇人民代表大会代表的选举， 不得直接或者间接接受境外机构、组织、个人提供的与选举有关的任何形式的资助。
同时明确，违反上述规定的，经选举委员会确定， 不列入代表候选人名单， 已经列入代表候选人名单的，从名单中除名；已经当选的，经区人民代表大会常务委员会或者乡、民族乡、镇的人民代表大会主席团确定， 其当选无效。
此外，由于去年底密云和延庆撤县设区，法规名称拟修改为《北京市区、乡、民族乡、镇人民代表大会代表选举实施细则》。
