湖南控制4名非法经营疫苗涉案人员 刑拘2人
中新网长沙3月25日电 (向一鹏)记者25日从湖南省查处非法经营疫苗案件联合工作组获悉，截至3月24日，该工作组对涉及湖南的4名下线涉案嫌疑人的核查工作取得重大突破，涉及长沙市的3名涉案嫌疑人全部到案，其中谭宗涛、王少军等2人已被长沙市公安机关刑事拘留，审讯工作正在抓紧进行；另1名涉案嫌疑人付小翠已被公安机关控制，正在接受长沙市食药监局、公安局联合专案组的调查。

　　据悉，涉及岳阳市的1名涉案嫌疑人赵磊目前尚未到案，当地食药监部门与公安机关正在加大力度，采取进一步措施。其弟弟系其同伙，已被岳阳市公安机关采取行政拘留措施。

　　3月25日，湖南省食品药品监督管理局根据对“湖南华一生物制品有限公司”涉嫌虚构疫苗销售渠道的初步调查，已依法向该公司下达书面《行政处理通知》，责令该公司在整改期间暂停一切药品经营活动，并暂扣该公司药品GSP证书。

　　目前，湖南省食药监局已将该公司有关违法线索及调查证据材料交长沙市食药监局并案查处，责成彻底查清其虚构销售产品的真实流向，依法严肃惩处，涉及其他企业的必须追查到底。对该公司的调查情况，将向国家食药监总局报告并统一向社会公布。
