　　新京报快讯(见习记者张健 实习生朱卓琳)今天(3月25日)凌晨，多名网民在微博、微信发帖称，庆阳环县二中初中部教师马某某，于3月22日晚在教室极其残忍暴力地殴打女学生，并随文配发了视频。25日晚，甘肃省教育厅对此事通报称，涉事教师被处分并调离工作岗位，该县相关领导被处分。

　　3月24日晚，一段名为《环县二中初中部老师在3月22晚在教室殴打学生》的视频在网上热传，该视频显示，1名男性老师拉扯1名女学生的头发，对其进行掌掴。随后，该老师再次拉扯其他4名女学生头发，从教室前面追打至教室后面，并对其不断进行暴力掌掴、脚踹。

　　今天(25日)下午，省委书记王三运对网曝庆阳环县二中教师殴打女学生事件作出批示，要求“查明事实，严肃处理，要举一反三查究原因，在管理环节如有问题，该问责要问责”。

　　25日晚，甘肃省教育厅官方微博对此事通报称，3月21日晚读时间，环县二中八年级(1)班7名女学生与九年级(1)班2名女学生因琐事发生争执，相互推搡。22日早晨7时左右，教师马某某在调查过程中对7名学生进行了殴打。当天学校领导与当事学生家长取得联系，得到7名学生及家长的谅解。根据学生家长反映和家访观察，5名学生身体无碍，2名学生反映头晕，学校老师陪同到环县人民医院检查，结果正常。

　　25日，经相关工作组调查核实，视频反映情况属实。涉事马某某殴打学生行为违反了《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》，根据《事业单位工作人员处分暂行规定》相关规定，给予马某某行政记过处分，调离环县二中。

　　环县二中对教师的教育管理不到位，导致发生教师殴打学生事件，对此，校长胡东锋，党支部书记、政教主任张鹏辉负有重要领导责任，教务副主任、八年级包级 领导张凤廷负有主要领导责任。根据《事业单位工作人员处分暂行规定》相关规定，给予胡东锋行政警告处分，给予张鹏辉党内警告、行政警告处分;给予张凤廷行 政警告处分。环县教体局向环县县委、县政府做出书面检查，对环县教体局党委书记徐彦雄、局长张明君进行诫勉谈话。环县二中向被殴打的7名学生及家属公开道歉。
