国家卫计委副主任王培安调研双井恭和苑
目前，我国已进入老龄化社会，养老事业还处于起步阶段。2015年底，九部委颁布了《关于推进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合的指导意见》，鼓励社会力量和资本参与医养结合服务体系建设。充分发挥市场在资源配置上的决定作用，更好的推行医养结合模式，让老人有一个美好的晚年。
3月25日，国家卫计委副主任王培安一行，来到位于北京东三环的双井恭和苑，深入考察《关于推进医疗卫生与养老服务相结合的指导意见》的落实和执行。
王培安副主任在参观的同时听取了乐成集团总裁桂水发的介绍。在北京市政府支持下，恭和苑通过先行先试、政策集成，将医与养深入结合，逐步完善，不仅创建了适老优良的现代养老机构的硬件设施，还构建起标准化的、五养一体的养老服务体系，同时在市政府支持下积极开展多方面养老服务的职业教育与培训。
王培安副主任一行还参观了老人房间，亲切地询问老人的生活和健康。同时，还专程前往餐厅，关注老人的用餐环境及营养搭配。
王培安副主任强调，“医养结合”探索对国家大力发展多层次养老事业的重要性。乐成集团在北京建立养老机构-恭和苑的同时以第二社区卫生服务中心的形式建立“医”以配合“养”，这种医养结合模式是一种新方法，值得推广。
王培安副主任针对当前医养结合现状提出以下三点建议：
1、民营养老机构现在面临融资成本高、融资难的瓶颈，银行等金融机构应积极探索，给予民营养老机构优惠政策支持，实现金融机构与民营养老机构融合发展。
2、根据国家规定，社区医院等级相对较低，针对老人的药品相对偏少，无法满足老人的日常需求。因此，各相关部门应给予社区医院各项政策扶持，以达到方便老人看病用药的要求。
3、政府需持续探讨临终关怀在养老机构的相关问题，并逐步完善临终关怀体系标准。
