　　中国证券网讯 在23日举行的2016年深圳市交通运输工作会议上，深圳市交委提出将推进出租车行业改革，其中最引人注意的是，首次明确将实现出租车经营权使用无偿化。

　　据深圳特区报3月24日报道，深圳市交委表示，将以市民群众出行需求为导向，以“互联网+”行动为契机，以市场化为发展方向，以规范互联网预约出租车为切入点，依法、有序、稳步推进出租车行业改革，实现经营权使用无偿化、资源配置市场化、车辆投放纯电动化、经营业态融合化、运营服务互联网化、行业治理多元 化，解决出租车行业长期积累的问题和矛盾，逐步实现市场公平竞争和传统出租车的平稳转型升级。

　　据了解，深圳的出租车经营权过去多以拍卖方式发放，企业获得出租车牌照后，再将牌照承包给司机运营，司机向企业上缴承包费、管理费等，俗称“份子钱”。近年来，高额“份子钱”备受诟病，随着互联网约车的兴起，传统出租车行业失去优势，“份子钱”更成为影响其良性发展的一大阻碍。
