Finance: two months before the State-owned enterprise revenues and profits continue to fall
People's daily Beijing, March 25 (Xinhua Yang di) Ministry of Finance released today by 2016 1 February national State-owned and State-holding enterprises and economic operation. In January-February, the economic operation of State-owned enterprises remain under downward pressure, income, profits continue to fall in oil, coal, steel and nonferrous metals industry losses.
From the perspective of main indicators on economic benefit of State-owned enterprises, in January-February, the State-owned enterprises operating income of 6,241,550,000,000 yuan, down 5.8%. (1) the central business 3,903,970,000,000 yuan, down 7.8%. (2) 2,337,580,000,000 of local State-owned enterprises, down 2.2%;
State-owned enterprises operating total cost of 6.1209 trillion yuan, down 5.2%, selling expenses, administrative expenses and financial expenses respectively 5.5%, growth and decline 1.7% growth. (1) the central business 3,752,210,000,000 yuan, down 7.7%, selling expenses, administrative expenses and financial expenses respectively 3.4%, growth and decline 0.1% growth. (2) 2,368,690,000,000 of local State-owned enterprises, down 0.9%, selling expenses, administrative expenses and financial expenses respectively 9.1%, growth and decline 3.8% growth.
Total profits of State-owned enterprises 222.61 billion yuan, down 14.2%. (1) the central enterprise 194.26 billion yuan, down by 8.2%. (2) local State-owned enterprises 28.35 billion yuan, down 40.9%.
State-owned enterprise taxes 639.74 billion yuan, down by 0.5%. (1) the central enterprise 520.95 billion yuan, up flat. (2) local State-owned enterprises 118.79 billion yuan, down 2.4%.
In late February, the State-owned enterprises with total assets of 120,328,180,000,000 yuan, an increase of 15.6%; total liabilities 79,730,670,000,000 yuan, an increase of 17.9%; total owners ' equity of 40,597,510,000,000 yuan, an increase of 11.2%. (1) the central enterprise with total assets of 65,062,550,000,000 yuan, an increase of 18.3%; total liabilities 44,326,930,000,000 yuan, an increase of 22.6%; total owners ' equity of 20,735,620,000,000 yuan, an increase of 9.9%. (2) local State-owned enterprises with total assets of 55,265,630,000,000 yuan, an increase of 12.5%; total liabilities 35,403,740,000,000 yuan, an increase of 12.5%; total owners ' equity of 19,861,890,000,000 yuan, an increase of 12.6%.
From the perspective of profitability of major industry, two months before medicine, machinery and other industries achieve greater increase in the profits, petrified by a loss of profit from a year earlier. 财政部：前两月国有企业收入和利润同比继续下降
人民网北京3月25日电（记者 杨迪）财政部今日公布了2016年1至2月全国国有及国有控股企业经济运行情况。1至2月，国有企业经济运行依然面临较大下行压力，收入、利润同比继续下降；石油、煤炭、钢铁和有色等行业亏损。

　　从国有企业主要经济效益指标情况看，1至2月，国有企业营业总收入62415.5亿元，同比下降5.8%。（1）中央企业39039.7亿元，同比下降7.8%。（2）地方国有企业23375.8亿元，同比下降2.2%；

　　国有企业营业总成本61209亿元，同比下降5.2%，其中销售费用、管理费用和财务费用同比分别增长5.5%、增长4.9%和下降1.7%。（1）中央企业37522.1亿元，同比下降7.7%，其中销售费用、管理费用和财务费用同比分别增长3.4%、增长5.4%和下降0.1%。（2）地方国有企业23686.9亿元，同比下降0.9%，其中销售费用、管理费用和财务费用同比分别增长9.1%、增长4.4%和下降3.8%。

　　国有企业利润总额2226.1亿元，同比下降14.2%。（1）中央企业1942.6亿元，同比下降8.2%。（2）地方国有企业283.5亿元，同比下降40.9%。

　　国有企业应交税金6397.4亿元，同比下降0.5%。（1）中央企业5209.5亿元，同比持平。（2）地方国有企业1187.9亿元，同比下降2.4%。

　　2月末，国有企业资产总额1203281.8亿元，同比增长15.6%；负债总额797306.7亿元，同比增长17.9%；所有者权益合计405975.1亿元，同比增长11.2%。（1）中央企业资产总额650625.5亿元，同比增长18.3%；负债总额443269.3亿元，同比增长22.6%；所有者权益合计207356.2亿元，同比增长9.9%。（2）地方国有企业资产总额552656.3亿元，同比增长12.5%；负债总额354037.4亿元，同比增长12.5%；所有者权益合计198618.9亿元，同比增长12.6%。

　　从主要行业盈利情况看，前两月医药、机械等行业实现利润同比增幅较大，石化由上年同期亏损转为盈利。电子、烟草等行业实现利润同比降幅较大。石油、煤炭、钢铁和有色等行业亏损。page
