广东暴雨造成逾20万人受灾 损失3.46亿元
中新网广州3月25日电 (蔡敏婕)广东省民政厅25日通报，截至当天15时，强降雨造成韶关、潮州、梅州等六市受灾，受灾人口20.44万人，直接经济损失3.46亿元。24日17时许，梅州市五华县发生一起山体崩塌地质灾害，致3间房屋倒塌，造成2人死亡。

　　3月19日至25日早晨，广东大部分市县先后出现了暴雨到大暴雨，部分市县甚至出现了6级至8级的雷雨大风和冰雹等强对流天气。广东省重大气象灾害应急办公室曾将应急响应升级三级，广州白云机场也曾首次启动航班大面积延误蓝色预警。

　　灾情发生后，灾区民政部门启动救灾应急响应。据统计，截至目前，灾区共发放了衣被近2200套、棉被1013床、大米1000斤等生活救助物资一大批，保障受灾民众的基本生活。

　　广东气象部门预计，25日起该省降雨基本结束。根据《广东省气象灾害应急预案》规定，广东省重大气象灾害应急办公室于25日9时许，解除气象灾害(暴雨)Ⅲ级应急响应。但因前期广东出现连续降水，累积雨量大，土壤含水量高，广东气象部门要求各地仍要继续做好降雨及其引发的次生灾害的防御工作，密切关注天气变化。

　　同时，鉴于目前灾情已趋于稳定，广东省民政厅决定于25日15时，终止Ⅳ级救灾应急响应。
