　　永福县堡里乡中心小学共有18个教学班，799名学生。从2015年秋季学期开始，三多、拉木两所小学的学生转入堡里乡中心小学，六年级由2个班增加到3个班。而这个新增加的六年级3班，就是引发一些家长质疑的“差生班”。

　　据六年级3班一名学生家长介绍，自家的孩子是新转入堡里乡中心小学就读的。上个学期开学注册时，他们发现原来跟自己孩子在一个班的学生，成绩好的都到了其他班，而成绩相对不好的孩子几乎都在这个班里。据了解，按照2015年春季学期期末考试成绩排名，40名靠后的学生都被分入六年级3班。“成绩差的学生被分在一起，不是会越来越差吗？”家长质疑，这种做法会对孩子的心态带来不好的影响。

　　除了分班，让家长们不满的还有老师的分配：“语数外3门主课老师，除了担任班主任的语文老师外，其他两名都是代课教师。而且这个班的教室靠近厕所，上课时，教室里弥漫着臭味。”
