　　荣丰控股集团股份有限公司(以下简称荣丰控股)信息披露违法违规案中，荣丰控股未按规定及时披露与关联法人之间发生的大额非经营性资金往来，在2012、2013两个年度的相关定期报告中存在虚假记载；未依法披露与关联自然人的关联交易。荣丰股份的上述行为违反了《证券法》第63条的规定。依据《证券法》第193条的规定，上海证监局决定责令荣丰控股改正，给予警告，并处以60万元罚款；对时任荣丰控股董事长的王征、时任荣丰控股总经理的王焕新给予警告，并分别处以30万元罚款；对时任荣丰控股董事的盛小宁、栾振国给予警告，并分别处以10万元罚款；对汤俊、李荣华、黄建森、臧家顺、王纪新、邵九林、常清、丁强、苗立胜、周庆祖、杜馨、李宝芹、聂成根、步秀霞、刘开、季万年、计鹰等17名时任董事、监事、高级管理人员给予警告，并分别处以3万元罚款。

　　匹凸匹金融信息服务（上海）股份有限公司(曾用名上海多伦实业股份有限公司,以下简称多伦股份)信息披露违法违规案中，多伦股份未及时披露多项对外重大担保、重大诉讼事项，2013年年报中未披露对外重大担保事项。多伦股份的上述行为违反了《证券法》第63条的规定。依据《证券法》第193条的规定，上海证监局决定责令多伦股份改正，给予警告，并处以40万元罚款；对时任多伦股份董事长的鲜言给予警告，并处以30万元罚款；对时任多伦股份董事、财务总监的恽燕桦给予警告，并处以10万元罚款；对向从键、曾宏翔、张红山、金卓、史洁等5名时任董事、监事给予警告，并分别处以3万元罚款；对时任多伦股份监事的陈国强给予警告。
