中俄朝交界珲春发力跨境合作 推进区域互联互通
中新社珲春3月25日电 (郭佳)作为中国面向东北亚区域开放“新门户”的吉林珲春，在25日正式启用了国际合作示范区口岸通关中心。官方指，通关中心全面实现一次报关、一次查验、一次放行，将加快推进东北亚区域的互联互通。

　　珲春市位于中俄朝三国交界地带。总投资3.4亿元人民币的珲春国际合作示范区口岸通关中心，占地面积15万平方米。该中心距中俄珲春口岸14公里，距中朝圈河口岸43公里，距中俄珲春铁路口岸6公里，距中朝沙坨子口岸11公里。

　　2015年以来，珲春跨境贸易迅速升温。恢复运营仅两年的珲春对俄铁路口岸，首次实现了进出口货运量突破百万吨大关，同比增长300%。今年仅前两个月，珲春全部进出口货运量已经达到了58.7万吨，达到去年全年货运总量的三成。

　　频繁来往于中俄之间的货运列车成为吉林省对外开放合作的一个缩影。此外，有越来越多的俄罗斯人从珲春进入中国。在珲春口岸，出入境的俄罗斯游客每天平均近千人。在珲春市区，街边商店牌匾基本上都会用中俄朝三种文字标注。

　　珲春市常务副市长许斌说，口岸通关中心启动运行后，将真正实现一次报关、一次查验、一次放行的“三个一”综合查验模式，将为企业和往来客商提供更加便捷高效的服务，也将为珲春建设东北亚地区商贸物流中心提供物流保障。

　　官方消息称，未来珲春将参与俄罗斯扎鲁比诺、斯拉夫扬卡港口合作开发，实现对俄小型公务车辆互通常态化，谋划珲春至俄罗斯符拉迪沃斯托克高速公路、高速铁路。
