　　【环球网报道 记者 王欢】日本共同社3月24日报道称，日本前首相福田康夫3月24日在“博鳌亚洲论坛2016年年会”于中国海南省召开期间，与中国外交部长王毅举行了会谈。福田在会谈后向记者透露称“王毅外长表明了必须改善日中关系的心情”。报道认为，这表明虽然中国并未改变对日强硬姿态，但双方就有必要改善关系达成了共识。

　　共同社报道称，王毅外长在本月召开的中国全国人民代表大会的记者会上批评了日本。似乎是考虑到日本在南海问题上牵制中国等，王毅表示两国关系改善未见进展的原因在于日方。
