进入顾某的支付宝账户后，刘启发现其账户关联的是一张中国银行的卡。他尝试着从顾某的支付宝里向自己的支付宝转了35元。直接余额扣款，成功了，刘启按捺住激动的心情，迫不及待的开始了第二笔，这一笔他转了1000元，直接从支付宝关联的中国银行卡里扣的款，刚转完，手机上就随即收到了中国银行发来的提示短信。接着，刘启又转了1800元，银行同样也发来了转账的提示短信。转完这三次后，刘启删除了手机上收到的银行信息，并把手机放回了原位。

四次偷盗转账近3000元

过了一两天，顾某依然没有觉察支付宝账户被盗。于是，两天后的深夜，刘故技重施，再次从顾某的支付宝内转出了60元。刘启将四次“偷盗”的近3000元钱通过支付宝提现的方式转到了自己的银行卡内，并将其用于信用卡还款、购买手机以及交付房租等。

没过多久，顾某在使用支付宝转账购物时，被提示银行卡内余额不足。发觉异样的顾某拨打了支付宝的客服电话询问，被告知自己卡内的钱通过支付宝转到了刘启的支付宝内。顾某立即拨打刘启电话，问其是否偷转了自己的钱，刘启却矢口否认，称自己什么都不知道。

顾某报了警，刘启终于承认了自己的“偷盗”行为。刘启擅自使用顾某手机更改其支付宝密码，并以转账方式盗走顾某2895元，其行为已涉嫌盗窃罪，日前松江区检察院依法对其批准逮捕。
