首先在代理上,南航在通知中规定,销售部将对代理人进行重新遴选,遴选标准为代理人需拥有旅行社、自营销售网站、固定企业客户、呼叫中心等自有销售渠道,具备这些条件的代理人方可申请南航授权。这项规定意味着,很多小代理将失去对南航票务的代理权。

对于国内代理费标准和支付方式,南航也出台规定:从7月1日起南航国内客票代理手续费将改为按航段定额支付,原有的国内附加代理费(Z值)和奖励代理费(国内后返)将暂停使用。定额国内代理手续费的支付标准和支付方式将另文通知。

另外南航表示此前的机票标准产品的供应商销售模式将禁止,对第三方销售渠道进行严控。

该项规定显示,从7月1日起,南航将严禁代理人通过C端、B端平台等第三方渠道销售南航机票标准产品(单程、往返程及缺口程等裸机票产品,或以机票为主体,附加保险、代金券等低价值标准化配件的机票套餐)。

对于包含南航机票的打包、组合产品,代理人也需经过南航审批后,方可投放至与南航签署商务合作协议的第三方渠道展开销售。只允许南航直营店铺或平台自有的南航授权代理人账号销售南航机票标准产品。

有分析认为,此项规定意味着以去哪儿为代表的机票销售平台模式(让机票代理商在平台上开店)将被南航禁止——或者至少要得到南航的许可。

去哪儿的模式遭到南航新规的严重挑战,但去哪儿却在今天表态支持。去哪儿表示,“去哪儿网将积极配合航空公司及民航监管部门,继续加强对机票代理商的严格监督管理,共同推进在线机票销售市场的公开、公正、透明、有序、健康发展,切实保护消费者的权益。”

携程同样持支持态度,并表态“市场规范以后,机票价格会趋同,服务将成为机票销售市场竞争的关键。”

作为机票销售环节的最下游,去哪儿对航空公司新规表示支持也是无奈选择——如果航空公司对去哪儿的封杀和打压继续,去哪儿将彻底面临无票可售的窘境。而在线机票销售是去哪儿最大的收入来源。

目前几大航空公司对去哪儿的封杀还在继续,不过从表现来看四大航空公司态度各不相同,几天前海航旗下首都航空已经与途牛达成深度合作,首航相关负责人表示“未来将把最优质的资源给途牛”;东航此前表态OTA如果能够规范代理会考虑合作。此次南航发新规对代理的资格进行了严格规定,尽管将打击小代理商和类似去哪儿的平台模式,但仍为去哪儿销售机票提供了缺口,虽然平台模式恐怕难以为继,但自营销售机票仍可继续。

不过去哪儿的好日子还是已经结束,在航空公司的严厉打击下,去哪儿的广告、捆绑销售等收入将会受到严重影响。
