中国驻安哥拉大使馆3月26日发布消息，对4名中国人在安哥拉失踪事件即予高度关注，崔爱民大使和警务联络官多次向安哥拉内政部及有关部门提出严正交涉，要求尽快破案，保证人员安全。使馆还照会安哥拉外交部表达严重关切，敦促安方做好相关工作。警务联络官一直与当事人亲属保持联系并提供协助。以下为公告全文：
今年1月17日下午在安哥拉罗安达省经商的程某等4人驾车外出失去联系后，大使馆即予高度关注，崔爱民大使和警务联络官多次向安哥拉内政部及有关部门提出严正交涉，要求尽快破案，保证我人员安全。使馆还照会安哥拉外交部表达严重关切，敦促安方做好相关工作。警务联络官一直与当事人亲属保持联系并提供协助。
近日获悉我四名公民遇害后，崔爱民大使再次向安哥拉内政部国务秘书、犯罪调查局局长、罗安达省警察局局长提出严正交涉，要求安方高度重视此案，加大侦破力度，尽快将所有罪犯绳之以法，同时采取有效措施，切实保障在安中国企业和公民安全，维护两国友好合作大局。崔大使还专门到遇害人亲属住地看望慰问。同时，中国外交部有关部门负责人还约见了安哥拉驻华大使，就此案提出严正交涉，要求严惩凶手，给中方和家属一个交代。
在我馆交涉下，安方对案件侦破高度重视，做出了应有的努力。据安警方最新通报，该案目前已告破，主要犯罪嫌疑人已被抓获。
驻安大使馆对四名中国同胞不幸遇害表示深切哀悼，将继续密切跟踪此案进展，敦促安警方将凶手绳之以法，严惩不贷，同时全力协助家属做好善后工作。在此，我馆感谢侨界对此案的关注，希望在安同胞理性表达诉求，加强自身安全防范，有关情况和建议可及时与大使馆联系。
