　　本报讯(记者张楠)由西城区选出的市十四届人大代表，北京金融街投资有限公司原董事长、党委书记王功伟，北京天恒置业集团有限公司原董事长、总经理、党委书记刘洪文，本人提出辞去市十四届人大代表职务。

　　今年2月25日，西城区第十五届人民代表大会常务委员会第三十四次会议决定，接受王功伟、刘洪文辞去市十四届人大代表职务。依照代表法的有关规定，王功伟、刘洪文的代表资格终止。

　　截至目前，北京市第十四届人民代表大会实有代表759人。

　　出生于1956年，为金融街投资有限公司原董事长。

　　去年11月，金融街控股股份有限公司发出公告称，根据上级通知，公司董事王功伟正在接受组织调查。金融街投资是金融街控股的母公司，王功伟是金融街控股和金融街投资的创始人。

　　在西城区工作多年的王功伟，1984年至1992年任西城区计划经济委员会基建计划科科长、计经委副主任，后来成为北京金融街建设开发有限责任公司董事长兼总经理，2000年6月后，任金融街控股董事长。

　　2011年辞去金融街控股董事长一职，改任其母公司金融街投资(集团)有限公司董事长。

　　刘洪文

　　1968年4月出生，硕士研究生学历，工程师。

　　历任北京市西城住宅建设开发公司工程科干部、筹建处干部，北京市西城住宅建设开发公司经营策划部干部、副经理，北京市回龙观项目筹建处副主任，北京市西城住宅建设开发公司副经理，北京天恒置业集团有限公司原董事长、总经理、党委书记。
