　　3月25日，中国网络空间安全协会在京举行成立大会。这是我国首个网络安全领域的全国性社会团体。

　　国家互联网信息办公室副主任王秀军出席大会并致辞。她首先向中国网络空间安全协会的成立表示祝贺，指出协会成立顺应了我国互联网行业和社会 各界共同参与维护网络安全的愿望，对加强行业自律、促进行业健康发展、维护我国网络安全、加强网络安全国际交流合作将发挥积极作用。

　　王秀军对中国网络空间安全协会提出了4点希望：一是紧密围绕网络强国战略，着眼国家维护网络安全的基本方针和中心任务开展工作，牢牢把握正 确发展方向；二是广泛吸纳网络安全领域具有代表性的各类机构和人才，不断增强行业代表性和权威性，同时加强同国际上相关组织和人士的交流，积极开展网络安 全国际交流合作；三是加强线上线下统筹，动员社会力量参与维护网络安全；四是积极促进行业自律，推动网络安全行业健康发展。

　　民政部、工信部、公安部相关负责人及中国互联网协会、奇虎360、安天科技等单位代表在会上分别致辞。部分全国性网络社会组织、高校科研机构、互联网企业代表及中国网络空间安全协会会员代表280多人与会。

　　据介绍，中国网络空间安全协会是由国内从事网络空间安全相关产业、教育、科研、应用的机构、企业及个人共同自愿结成的全国性、行业性、非营 利性社会组织。协会发起会员共计257个，其中单位会员190多个，囊括了国内主要互联网企业和网络安全企业、权威科研机构，具有广泛的代表性。

　　在同日召开的中国网络空间安全协会第一届理事会第一次会议上，中国工程院院士方滨兴当选为协会理事长，吴曼青、贾焰、马民虎、孟丹、李建华、齐向东、马化腾、肖新光、郑志彬、王海峰、杜跃进等11人当选为副理事长，选举中国网络空间研究院李欲晓教授为协会秘书长。

　　据悉，中国网络空间安全协会成立后，将着力促进网络安全行业自律，积极引导网络环境下各类企业履行网络安全责任，积极推动网络安全行业标准建设和学科建设，组织开展各类网络安全专业性群众性活动，积极参与网络安全国际交流合作。
