我们忘不了1950年，在刘公岛，新任海军司令员的肖劲光，租借渔船登岛查看时发出的深深感叹：“大家要记住今天这个日子，海军司令员可是租老百姓渔船视察刘公岛的！”
我们忘不了1980年，海军原司令员刘华清出访美国时，站在美国航母飞行甲板上的铮铮誓言：“中国不发展航母，我死不瞑目！”
