河南最大规模棚户区改造开工 可安置居民超十万|河南|保障房|棚户区改造_新闻资讯

　　新华社北京3月27日电 (齐中熙、张世丹) 记者27日从中国铁建获悉，总建筑面积近1100万平方米的郑州航空港经济综合实验区棚户区改造工程全面开工建设。这是河南省目前最大规模的棚户区改造项目。

　　郑州航空港河东安置区项目负责人王金杰告诉记者，作为中国首个航空港经济发展先行区，目前全面开工建设的河东区第四至第九棚户区改造工程，总投资约300亿元，项目建成后，可提供住房23460多套，安置居民超过十万人。

　　负责施工任务的中国铁建十八局集团郑州航空港棚户区改造项目指挥长彭磊介绍说，2015年至2017年，郑州航空港经济综合实验区计划对42个行政村进行改造，建成16个城市社区，异地安置29092户，安置居民147495人。

　　据了解，从2015年到2017年的三年间，河南省计划改造包括城市危房、城中村在内的各类棚户区住房100万套和农村危房60万户，并加大棚户区改造配套设施的建设力度，使城市基础设施更加完备、布局更加合理、运行更加安全、服务更加便捷。(完)
