　　中新网西安3月26日电 (记者 张远)26日上午，装载有2000吨哈萨克斯坦油脂的“长安号”国际货运回程班列驶入西安国际港务区，标志着陕西与中亚地区铁路贸易首次实现“有往有来”。西安官方表示，这也是哈萨克斯坦首次向中国内陆地区出口大宗商品。

　　此次回程班列是陕西一家企业从哈萨克斯坦采购的1000吨菜籽油和1000吨葵花籽油，分别来自于哈萨克斯坦的东哈州和北哈州。该班列于3月20日在哈萨克斯坦多斯特克车站发车，并于同日抵达新疆阿拉山口口岸进行了换装作业。

　　哈萨克斯坦农业部副部长伊萨耶娃表示，哈萨克斯坦拥有丰富的农业资源，此次“长安号”首趟回货班列抵达西安，对于哈萨克斯坦的商品进入中国市场具有重要意义。

　　中亚班列“长安号”自2013年11月首发，开行频次不断增加、运输品种不断丰富，为中国和中亚地区架起了经济合作的桥梁，开辟了贸易顺畅的通道。

　　截至目前，“长安号”共开行162班，其中2015年开行95班。班列已经实现了从运营初期的每月1班到现在每周2至3班的常态化运营。累计运 输货物总重达28.2万吨，出口总值约2.9亿美元，货物品类涵盖工业原材料、机械设备、工业零配件、建材、食品、轻工产品等六大类、共计206个品种。 货源主要来自于陕西、甘肃、宁夏、山东、江苏、河北、上海、浙江等地，货物目的地遍布哈萨克斯坦等中亚5国的44个城市和站点。

　　据介绍，此次“长安号”回程班列的开行，为中国内陆地区与中亚、欧洲开展贸易往来，特别是通过铁路从当地进口大宗的货物、物资，探索了一条道路。未来陕西和中亚的贸易往来将愈加频繁。

　　据悉，“长安号”首趟回程班列开行后，陕西将继续组织中亚地区的货源，力争早日实现回程常态化。未来，陕西企业将在哈萨克斯坦建立粮食种植加工基地，输入中亚地区优质的牛羊肉、蛋奶、面粉等产品，为“长安号”回程班列常态化运营提供稳定货源。(完)
