【环球网综合报道】据台湾《中国时报》3月26日报道，中国国民党主席补选投票26日正式登场，下午四点展开开票工作，大约傍晚六点结果可望出炉。值得注意的是，在开票前夕，国民党中央委员连胜文在社交网站“脸书”发文，对国民党的未来发展发表五大看法，包括：“党要去封建化”、“权责相符纪律严明” 、“合法党产绝不容许他人侵门踏户”、“青年是党的资产非党主席个人私产”、“用行动而非用嘴巴团结”等。
连胜文首先感谢很多真心支持他的朋友，鼓励他承担更重要的责任，但他过去一年所积极推动的许多工作，包括辅导青年创业平台、及协助青年就业等计划，已步上轨道，许多专案正在开展，短时间内恐怕无法离开。
连胜文接着表示，国民党要选出新任党主席，作为国民党的一员，党的未来与发展是自己内心最在意的事。国民党执政8年，竟然在这次选举大输300万票，实在令人痛心。这几个月大家对于党的未来有很多想法跟发言，而他跟许多党内、外，关心国民党的朋友也有些讨论，得出了以下几点看法：
一、党要去封建化。国民党的存在，并不是成就党主席一人的荣耀，或凸显党主席一人的英明神武，换句话说，“组织的利益应高于个人的利益、党整体的成就高与党主席一人的成就”。党主席应该是为整体党员服务，而非将党的资源作为个人政治的资产。
同时，国民党的党员及干部来自五湖四海，未来在形成决策的过程中，也应反映这个事实，重视 集体智慧，而非少数一、两个人说了就算。同时，为了确保决策品质的提升，并且引领风潮，对于党内法定决策机构，如中常会，除赋予更多的参与权，也应就组成 的方式，进行严厉且彻底的改革。
二、权责相符，纪律严明 : 未来党内组织中不应有人拥有与他职责不相符的权力。同时未来的党主席，要能严格约束部属，不要再任意放话，扰乱党内军心！

三、有关党产的部分，“不该是国民党的一分都不留、该是国民党的一分都不让”。国民党党产的形成，有其历史因素而存在，从而产生今日许多争议；但党产当中，也有相当多过去50年中，来自党员的捐赠，这些合法的党产，绝不容许他人侵门踏户。
四、青年是党的资产，而不是党主席个人的私产。年轻人其实最需要党做三件事： 提 供机会、辅导及资源。过去几年党内青年人才拔擢的标准，似乎都是以对党高层绝对忠诚为原则； 而即便有些人透过党内高层的安排得以领取高薪，并有大量媒体 曝光的机会，但真正面临外敌时，战斗力却十分有限，甚至招致外界以样板来嘲讽。
然而这些比较幸运的年轻人，与党内一些没有机会的年轻人一样，其实素质都不错，但党部在给予机会时，不应该仅以对党高层忠诚与否，作为判断的标准，而是应该有一套严谨的考核制度，并加强训练，做好从政前的辅导工作，并给予一定的资源，才能完成党所交付的任务。
五、用行动而非用嘴巴团结。希望未来党主席，能够用实际的行动，找回许多过去这十 年来，因为各种政治恩怨，而离开国民党的党员。同时，在今年的大选中，许多优秀的前辈同志，因大环境的因素，而无法连任，希望未来的党主席，继续借重这些 同志们的丰富经验，为党效力。这不能只是一通电话而已，需要未来党主席用实际行动把这些曾经为党牺牲奉献的同志们找回来。
连胜文又称，过去又许多国民党党员，在党艰困的时候为党付出，上前线作战，结果有 人是腹背受敌，被同志打得比敌人还惨，有的是选完后，变成代罪羔羊，而许多为党辩护，扮演攻击手角色的同志，因涉入政治上的争议，而影响自己的形象，最后 竟因此被党切割，甚至被高层弃之如敝屣。同样的人在民进党，会受到党的保护，甚至还会论功行赏。相比之下，国民党内这种“袁崇焕现象”的存在，日后还有谁 愿意为党征战、辩护，甚至为了党去处理争议问题？
最后，连胜文也希望，未来的国民党主席不要再执着于个人的恩怨，过往的是是非非，而是重新扮演好团结全党最重要的关键。他再次呼吁国民党，“待从头，收拾旧山河”，大家一起努力。
