Type EV71 vaccine for enterovirus 71 FY-23K-B somatic embryogenesis in plants inoculated twice times, cultivation, harvesting, inactivation, purification of the virus, joined the aluminum hydroxide adjuvant made of glycine and stabilizers.


Successful development of the vaccine, will make increasingly serious spread of hand-foot-mouth disease in children in China under control, become an important milestone in win over foot-and-mouth disease in children.

  原标题:科技部:我国自主研制儿童手足口病疫苗上市


  在国家科技重大专项和原863计划的长期支持下,由中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所自主研发的全球首个肠道病毒71型(EV71)灭活疫苗(人 二倍体细胞)近日获批上市,并于3月22日举办了全球首次接种仪式。该疫苗是唯一采用人源性细胞基质生产的EV71疫苗产品,预防由EV71引起的重症手 足口病的保护率为100.0%。


  EV71是导致手足口病重症和死亡的主要病原,可致80%的重症病例和93%的死亡病例。由于该疾病的治疗缺乏有效的特异性药物,疫苗接种便成 为预防和控制其暴发流行的根本手段。EV71灭活疫苗系将肠道病毒71型FY-23K-B株接种于人二倍体细胞,经培养、病毒收获、灭活、纯化后,加入氢氧化铝佐剂及甘氨酸稳定剂制成。


  该疫苗的成功研制,将使我国日趋严重的儿童手足口病蔓延趋势得到有效控制,成为人类战胜儿童手足口病的重要里程碑。
