　　原标题：科技部：我国自主研制儿童手足口病疫苗上市

　　在国家科技重大专项和原863计划的长期支持下，由中国医学科学院医学生物学研究所自主研发的全球首个肠道病毒71型(EV71)灭活疫苗(人 二倍体细胞)近日获批上市，并于3月22日举办了全球首次接种仪式。该疫苗是唯一采用人源性细胞基质生产的EV71疫苗产品，预防由EV71引起的重症手 足口病的保护率为100.0%。

　　EV71是导致手足口病重症和死亡的主要病原，可致80%的重症病例和93%的死亡病例。由于该疾病的治疗缺乏有效的特异性药物，疫苗接种便成 为预防和控制其暴发流行的根本手段。EV71灭活疫苗系将肠道病毒71型FY-23K-B株接种于人二倍体细胞，经培养、病毒收获、灭活、纯化后，加入氢氧化铝佐剂及甘氨酸稳定剂制成。

　　该疫苗的成功研制，将使我国日趋严重的儿童手足口病蔓延趋势得到有效控制，成为人类战胜儿童手足口病的重要里程碑。
