东北特钢董事长杨华上吊的事儿在网上发酵两天了。在政知圈（微信ID：wepolitics）看来，之所以持续发酵，原因至少有两个，一个是其非正常死亡的节点容易引发联想，另一个是跟他一样选择这样方式的同行逐渐多了起来。
有人会认为这些国企高管日子过得不错：同是组织部门任命的干部，他们比党政部门领导待遇薪水好得多；也有人会觉得他们日子挺难过，尤其是这两年经济下行压力巨大，好些人心里都揣着沉重的负担；还有人会觉得他们处在高风险的火山口，位高权重，难免有游走灰色地带的可能。
简而言之一句话，不管从哪个角度看，他们的自杀都并不难理解。
联想与事实
杨华的上吊有不少容易引人联想的事情。
3月24日，东北特钢官网发布消息，“3月24日13时20分，大连市公安局接到报警，发现东北特殊钢集团有限责任公司董事长、党委书记杨华（男，53岁）在其居所上吊死亡。目前，有关部门正在开展调查工作。”
作为现代企业，即时发布这个重要消息显然值得称道，不过令政知圈（微信ID：wepolitics）诧异的是，当天下午再次登录官网，却没能发现这条消息的踪迹。
一天后，东北特钢发布公告称，由于流动性紧张，本息偿付存不确定性，27日到期的8亿元债券或面临违约。
换句话说，杨华恰巧在公司可能违约的前两天自尽。
而政知圈（微信ID：wepolitics）注意到，杨华其实是东北特钢的“新人”，调到这家企业不到一年。他此前在鞍钢工作了25年，去年7月，中央巡视组开始了对鞍钢集团公司两个月的巡视，巡视意见中称鞍钢“盲目投资、监管失控，造成国有资产损失。内外勾结、利益输送问题严重，近年来腐败案件频发。收到反映一些领导人员的问题线索”。
与此同时，与他曾同时在鞍山任职的“父母官”谷春立和王阳先后落马。就在24日上午杨华被披露“上吊自杀”，下午在鞍山起家的前鞍山市市长王阳因涉嫌严重违纪被免职。而王阳落马和杨华自杀之时，中央巡视组正对辽宁进行“回头看”。
迄今为止，并没有任何确凿的证据表明杨华的自杀与上述事件有内在关联，但这些巧合使得他的自杀显得颇为扑朔迷离。不论传闻有多少，真相其实只有一个。
“坠亡”和“意外去世”
杨华当然不是第一个自杀的国企高管，也很难说会是最后一个。
国企高管出事，政知圈（微信ID：wepolitics）印象比较深的，是2014年。
2014年5月18日，哈药集团副总经理兼三精制药董事长刘占滨在黑河市逊克县医院检查身体过程中，摆脱监护法警，于三楼卫生间跃下身亡；
时隔4天（5月22日），在香港观塘海滨道航天科技中心，航天控股子公司航天控股工业有限公司董事兼常务副总经理李国雷从19楼一跃而出。
关于李国雷自杀时的情景，坊间称其当时与妻子通完电话后便从位于19层的办公室一跃而出。据悉，他在自杀前，向妻子交代了遗言，好好照顾女儿，若遇上财政困难可找其上司帮忙。最后他以一句“我要回original home”作为告别。
又过了一个月不到（6月24日），安徽铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司董事长、党委书记韦江宏，从五松山宾馆5楼阳台纵身一跃。
铜陵有色金属是安徽当地的最大国企，当时52岁的韦江宏在铜陵有色任职已达32年。
这些离世的国企高管，死则死矣，各位并不能从公开披露的信息中得知更多详细信息，比如中国中铁发布公告称“公司现任执行董事、总裁白中仁因发生意外去世”；比如中国第一重型机械股份公司董事长、51岁的吴生富在公司的对外公告中，也是“突然去世”。
相比以往，这次的东北特钢在信息发布上还更进一步，直接告诉大家杨华是“上吊死亡”。
剩下的，就是“有关部门正在开展调查工作”。
“工作压力大”是标签
不论是跳楼的还是上吊的，也不论是自杀的还是健在的，国企高管“工作压力大”倒是事实。“抑郁症”“压力大”这类的关键词，在经济下行压力大、去库存去产能的当下，意义也愈加明显。
在安徽铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司董事长、党委书记韦江宏过世24小时后，铜陵市公安局曾发布官方消息，称“初步判断韦江宏系工作压力大、长期失眠、精神负担过重导致坠楼自杀身亡。”而当时市场有关铜陵有色金属“经营不善、环保被督办、收购失败、增发不利”等负面信息，也成了其“工作压力大”的生动注脚。
而中国中铁执行董事、总裁白中仁“因发生意外去世”后，对白中仁死因的各种猜测中，关于“其近年因公司债务负担重患上抑郁症”的说法也曾甚嚣尘上。
不和与自杀
除了“工作压力”的问题，也有人直言“内部斗争”是很多国企高管们必须应对的，比如三精的刘占滨，媒体称其当时与新任董事长不和，已是哈药集团内部众人皆知的事情，当时甚至有消息称，刘占滨被调查或源于内部举报。
政知圈（微信ID：wepolitics）发现，不少国企高管，在离世前都曾被官方调查。
比如原哈药集团副总经理兼三精制药董事长刘占滨，他于2014年5月16日被立案侦查，5月18日自称身体不适，在黑河市逊克县医院检查身体过程中，摆脱监护法警，从3楼卫生间跃下身亡。
而中国第一重型机械股份公司董事长、51岁的吴生富的“突然去世”，也是发生在中央巡视组进驻中国一重的母公司——一重集团公司近一个月后。
而此前，有关吴生富的举报材料已经在网络上流传。
回到刚刚离世的杨华。有媒体披露，其自3月份开始，就去向不明，既没有出现在单位，也没有去拉投资，直至单位内部开始传出上吊自杀的消息。只是没想到，最终传闻成了事实。而临了，许多人才会想起，原来一切都是有迹可循。
