　　据介绍，武汉海关接获情报，反映寄自境外的一批快递包裹中装有一类精神药品“恰特草”。该关迅速组织力量，在相关邮包中查获上述毒品，并成功抓获实际收件人赛某(音译)，系在武汉的也门籍留学生。

　　据嫌疑人赛某供称，为牟取非法利益，上述毒品是其通过互联网联系在印度尼西亚的非洲籍卖家购得，用于贩卖和个人吸食。

　　据了解，恰特草又称“东非罂粟”、“阿拉伯茶”、“巧茶”，产于非洲和阿拉伯半岛，新鲜的恰特草像市场上常见的苋菜，晒干后像茶叶，极难分辨。其叶片成分中含有国家管制类精神药物卡西酮，人咀嚼会产生类似冰毒的致幻作用，毒效惊人且成瘾性大。中国于2013年将其列管为一类精神药品，属《刑法》、《禁毒法》毒品范畴。
