“百名红通人员”张丽萍被劝返回国自首
新华社上海3月27日新媒体专电（记者朱翃）记者27日从上海市公安局经侦总队获悉，按照中央反腐败协调小组国际追逃追赃工作办公室统一部署，在我外交部、公安部和驻秘鲁使馆全力配合下，潜逃境外17年的“百名红通人员”第63号张丽萍被成功劝返回国。这是第25名到案的“百名红通人员”。
　　张丽萍，女，1951年5月出生，上海倍福来集团有限公司原董事长兼总经理，涉嫌虚开增值税专用发票罪，1999年8月逃往泰国，后长期藏匿于秘鲁。
　　上海市追逃办高度重视张丽萍案件，加大统筹协调力度。上海市公安机关充分发挥职能作用，通过细密侦查确定张丽萍藏匿在秘鲁，并派出工作组赴秘鲁开展工作。最终，在政策、法律威慑和亲情感召下，张丽萍选择了回国自首。
