互联网员工的失眠现象较为普遍:社区交友、旅行服务、人才服务行业员工的睡眠比例高达77.3%、76%和73.3%。音乐服务和电子商务的失眠比例较低,分别为66.7%和67%。

认为自身有睡眠问题的比例:

超过六成互联网员工认为自己存在睡眠问题

63.8%的互联网员工认为自己存在睡眠质量的问题。互联网金融、在线视频和BAT的员工认为自己睡眠存在问题的比例尤为突出。

不同行业工作压力:

社区交友和下载服务员工的加班时间最多,而BAT压力最大

每周加班天数最多的是交友社区和下载服务行业,均为2天,而BAT紧跟其后,每周加班1.9天。

论到工作压力,BAT员工最高,有47.9%的BAT员工认为自己的工作压力较大。此外,根据本次调查,有42.1%的互联网员工认为工作压力对睡眠有较大影响。
