3月27日，湖畔大学第二届开学典礼在杭州举行，姚劲波、吴国平、贾国龙、霍启文等39名企业家学员在“二年级”学长们和校长马云、校董柳传志、冯仑等的见证下正式入学，开启了为期三年的湖畔之旅。
新生预备营：不做木琴学赛艇
开学典礼上午10点举行。校长马云将首先致辞，钱颖一、柳传志将代表校董致辞。好未来董事长兼CEO张邦鑫作为第二届学员代表发言。
湖畔大学一向“会玩”，去年的新生预备营是学做木琴，开学典礼上，学员们用自制木琴合奏“沧海一声笑”开场，给外界留下深刻印象。
今年的预备营是赛艇。开学典礼则是以一段《湖畔这一年》的视频开场。虽然只有5分钟，却曝光了湖畔一年来上课、小组讨论、课外活动等一系列场景，湖畔这所“不一样”的大学，第一次直观展现在二期学员眼前，让他们兴奋不已。
整个开学典礼最重要的环节——授徽仪式将在11点举行。这是湖畔大学开学典礼的“传统”环节，去年由校长马云和各位校董为一期学员授徽，今年一期的企业家学员将以学长的身份上台，为学弟学妹们戴上校徽。传承的意味不言而喻。
湖畔课程体系首次曝光：第一课讲使命愿景价值观
当天，湖畔大学神秘的课程体系也首次公布。此前媒体曾报道湖畔一期的课程设置，分为“战略”、“组织变革”、“创业者的征途”、“慧眼禅心”、“硅谷游学”、“DT时代”六大模块，授课老师有马云、冯仑、史玉柱、张维迎、彭凯平、高晓松、黑石集团创始人兼CEO史蒂夫·施瓦茨曼等。
最新信息显示，经过一年的探索和总结，湖畔大学已经形成清晰的教学体系，所有课程将围绕“中国民企三十年”、“DT时代的商业”、“百年系列”三大脉络展开。以“DT时代的商业”为例，课程设置包括使命愿景价值观、基础设施、生态战略、用户与产品、复杂关系、资本与公司治理、领导力、组织创新、美国游学、反思失败、范式革命等模块。“百年系列”的课程包括科学与技术史、商业与财富、社会与文明三大模块。
在学习形式上，湖畔也形成了自己的风格，除了每2个月4天的集中学习模块，还有每2个月1家企业的小组案例研究，以及贯穿全年的湖畔大学app在线学习。

首次召开保荐人大会
当天，湖畔大学还召开了校董大会和首次保荐人大会。“保荐人制度”是湖畔大学的创新制度，旨在寻找和发现优秀创业者，以更好地奠定湖畔大学企业家精神传承的基石。目前，新希望集团董事长刘永好、蒙牛乳业集团创始人牛根生、新东方教育集团创始人俞敏洪、光线传媒总裁王长田、新浪CEO曹国伟、华谊兄弟董事长王中军等26位国内知名企业家已受邀成为湖畔大学保荐人。今天，这些保荐人企业家也都来到现场，见证由他们推荐的学员正式入学。
