直升机暂还飞不起

老李的野心并不止于此,他计划在60岁之前,制造三代直升机,从单人到双人、多人“直升机”。“下一架直升机,就要带着我老婆,一起飞上天。”老李信心满满。

飞机维修师:现阶段起飞有点困难还需要加强安全保障

今年以来,在全国各地都有不少人自制飞机,其中四川、深圳、浙江等地不乏成功起飞的牛人。网上更是有很多自制飞机的教学视频,想要动手制作,并不算难。

“这飞机现阶段想要起飞可能有点困难,但是一个旋翼机的基本雏形还是具备的。”从事飞机维修3年的刘先生看过老李的直升机图片后认为,旋翼机在设计的时候要经过精确的计算,要想飞起来要多方面配合,而这些数据要多次实验后才能知道。现在看来,飞机安全还需加强保障,毕竟都是用废旧零件组装起来的,离法规规定准许试飞的条件还有一定距离。旋翼机制作难度本来就要大于固定翼飞机,但也不排除老李打造的直升机能够成功起飞的情况。

刘先生介绍,自制飞行器的原理并不特别深奥,认真查阅资料很容易把握要领。早在80多年前,就有人尝试制作,但随着人们现在生活水平逐渐提高,自制飞机的人也越来越多。但真的成功试飞,却并不容易,很多技术在细节上要仔细琢磨。

目前,国内自制飞机的群体并不在少数。2015年,民航管理部门颁布的轻型航空器特许飞行证和特殊适航证管理程序中,并不禁止自制飞行器,但只能制作个人娱乐,以及航空科普、教育用途的航空器。

随后,记者咨询民航相关部门获悉,自制飞行器想要试飞,首先飞行员要考取相关驾驶执照,至少提前半个月向中国民航西南管理局提交包括飞行数据的申请材料,负责航空安全的部门会考察自制飞行器的安全性和飞行路线,审查合格后,才会批准在安全的地点和规定的时间,进行试飞。
