  原油价格不断下跌,油企的日子越来越不好过。最直接的反应就是,员工收入不断减少。


  根据中石油发布的年报,该公司2015年员工人均收入为13万元,比2014年人均收入降低约1万元。实际上,中石油去年便曾集体降薪15%-20%。领导层更是带头降薪,降薪最高的达35%。


  而今年以来,油价仍旧在低位震荡,油企所面临的挑战也更加艰难。中石油大庆油田前两个月已亏损超50亿元,延长石油和中石化胜利油田更是关停了部分油田。

  中石油集体降薪


  上周,中石油发布了史上“最惨”年报,2015年净利润为355.17亿元,同比下降66.9%,创16年来新低。


  受累于原油价格大跌,曾经财大气粗的中石油也不得不千方百计的降本增效,从日赚3亿元变为日赚1亿元,员工以及领导层的收入无疑也受到了影响。


  年报显示,2015年集团的员工费用为1180.82亿元,比2014年的1208.22亿元下降 2.3%,主要由于集团不断完善工效挂钩机制,严控用工总量,加强人工成本控制。


  此外,截至 2015年12月31日,中石油集团拥有员工521566 名(不包括各类市场化临时性、季节性用工人数330061名)及离退休人员109998名。以除去离退休人员的总员工数851627来计算,中石油去年员工人均收入约为13万元。而中石油2014年员工人均收入约为14万元。


  从上市公司员工的平均收入来看,降幅并不明显。但据《证券日报》记者了解,中石油去年集体降薪幅度大约为15%-20%。中石油表示,公司制定了以基本工资与绩效考评相结合、向一线员工倾斜并具有行业竞争力的薪酬政策。


  值得注意的是,《证券日报》记者还了解到,在中石油内部,工资水平差距也较大。很多基层员工的收入根本达不到上述平均收入,尤其是去年降薪后,市场化员工的收入也就3000元左右。同时,由于原油价格不断下跌,中石油领导层的收入也有明显下降。


  年报显示,公司副董事长、总裁汪东进2014年的年薪为113.7万元,2015年则下降至73.4万元,降薪幅度高达35%;执行董事、副总裁刘宏斌的年薪则从2014年的100.01万元下降为今年的69.9万元,降薪幅度为30%。


  延长石油领导层降薪10%


  2014年下半年以来,国际市场供应过剩危机爆发,原油价格一路走跌至40美元/桶,跌破国内油企生产成本线。


  受此影响,油企纷纷通过降本增效来应对,除了中石油集体降薪,中海油去年也宣布停发奖金。


  同时,面对国内油田生产成本与国际油价倒挂严重的情况,近年来油企的收入也呈现下滑趋势,为了缓解压力,各大油企陆续关停部分油田,以减少资本支出。


  其中,2015年中石油大庆油田及中海油宣布减产,2016年2月份中石化关停胜利油田中的四个小油田、随后延长石油传出消息,拟减产并关停部分油田。


  而今年的形势仍旧十分严峻,低油价或将持续,油企降薪或将继续蔓延。《证券日报》记者了解到,近日,延长石油发布消息称,延长将从3月份起率先从集团公司领导班子开始调减薪酬10%,并对全体员工适度缓发薪资。


  由于延长石油原油开采成本远远高于目前的油价,所面临的情况也比三桶油更为糟糕。


  需要一提的是,由于原油产量过剩有增无减,因此在业内看来,油价反弹并不会长久,长期来看,油价仍将在低位震荡。


  日前,中海油董事长杨华在年报业绩发布会上表示:“公司一直在降本增效上下功夫,我们都在过苦日子,苦日子得耐心过。”


  隆众石化网分析师张萌向《证券日报》记者表示,自国际油价出现断崖式下跌,国内油企都面临着双重利空夹击,为了缓解目前的生存压力,油企从“节流”到“开源”都在各出奇招。


  业内认为,对于油企来说,降本增效仍旧是今年的关键词,部分油田还可能会出现减员分流的情况。
