国务院成立山东疫苗案工作督查组

　　新华社北京3月28日电山东济南非法经营疫苗系列案件发生后，党中央、国务院高度重视，责成有关部门和地方彻查涉案疫苗的流向和使用情况，依法严厉打击违法犯罪行为，完善监管制度，落实疫苗生产、流通、接种等各环节监管责任，堵塞漏洞，保障人民群众生命健康。有关部门和地方密切配合，立即开展了案件查办和处置工作。

　　随着案件调查的不断深入，暴露出一些深层次问题，为进一步督促查清案件，严惩不法分子，依法依规追究相关人员责任，并进一步建立健全监管机制、完善法律法规，完善疫苗生产、流通、接种全过程监管制度，国务院批准组织山东济南非法经营疫苗系列案件部门联合调查组。即日全面开展案件调查、处理工作，并提出完善疫苗监管工作意见。部门联合调查组由食品药品监管总局局长毕井泉任组长，卫生计生委、公安部、监察部、食品药品监管总局负责同志任副组长，中央宣传部、中央网信办、最高人民检察院派员参加。调查组下设专家委员会。
