Air quality improvement for 3 consecutive years in Shandong province exceeded Twelve-Five cuts

According to the Ministry of environmental protection of Shandong province in 2015 and "Twelve-Five" approved main pollutant emissions result for the period, emissions of four major pollutants are exceeded, Shandong province, the State of the "Twelve-Five" task.

It is understood that in order to ensure the complete "Twelve-Five" emission reduction targets, Shandong province has adopted a series of economic policies, has published implementation of 36 local environmental standards across the country take the lead in establishing eco-compensation mechanism based on ambient air quality improvement, provincial financial cumulative release of eco-compensation funds of nearly 350 million Yuan. Also adhere to the environmental protection and pollution reduction as Shandong province, leading bodies and leading cadres of scientific development comprehensive assessment of important content.

It is reported that since 2013, the Shandong provincial ambient air quality improvement for 3 consecutive years, in 2015, PM2.5, PM10, sulphur dioxide, nitrogen dioxide average concentration of 2013 improvements, 36.6%, 22.5%, and 14.6%, respectively. General promotion of "treating" watershed pollution control system, the province's annual recycled water utilization capacity of 800 million tons (equivalent of 8 large reservoirs regulating water), built over more than 230 and repair constructed wetland, occupying a total of 660,000 acres, in 2015, the province's major rivers COD and ammonia nitrogen average concentration better than 2010, respectively 19.8% and 56.3%, for 13 consecutive years of water environmental quality continued to improve.

山东空气质量连续3年改善 超额完成十二五减排任务

　　2016年2月29日，青岛奥帆中心灯塔耸立在碧海蓝天之间。

　　根据环保部对山东省2015年和“十二五”期间主要污染物总量减排结果的核定，山东省四项主要污染物减排均超额完成国家下达的“十二五”目标任务。

　　据了解，为确保完成“十二五”减排目标任务，山东省制定了一系列的经济政策，先后发布实施36项地方环境标准，在全国率先建立基于环境空气质量改善的生态补偿机制，省级财政累积发放生态补偿资金近3.5亿元。山东省还坚持把环境保护和污染减排作为领导班子和领导干部科学发展综合考核评价的重要内容。

　　据悉，自2013年以来，山东省环境空气质量连续3年持续改善，2015年全省PM2.5、PM10、二氧化硫、二氧化氮平均浓度较2013年分别改善22.5%、18.1%、36.6%、14.6%。全面推广“治用保”流域治污体系，全省年再生水利用量达到8亿吨（相当于8个大型水库的调蓄水量），建成和修复人工湿地230多处，总面积达66万亩，2015年，省控重点河流COD和氨氮平均浓度比2010年分别改善19.8%和56.3%，水环境质量连续13年持续改善。
