大众网3月27日讯（记者 韦辉 邓梦娇）据中国地震台网测定，2016年3月27日12时12分，在平邑县保太镇万庄村与东埠阴村之间（北纬35.56度，东经117.68度）发生了3.1级地震，震源深度0千米。
经国土、地震等有关部门初步勘察，此次地震的发生系已关停的安泰石膏矿老采空区坍塌导致。坍塌区域南北长约600米，东西宽约500米，共造成59户民房不同程度受损，现场地面出现陷落和裂缝，周围道路出现隆起，经进一步核实有31户沿街商铺出现墙面裂缝，现场群众已全部撤离，无人员伤亡。
临沂、平邑两级党委、政府立即启动应急预案，对受损房屋不具备居住条件的立即进行搬迁，同时邀请专家进行鉴定，并实行24小时监控；对周边涉及的一所小学、两所幼儿园的学生全部进行分流并就近安置；对塌陷区域由国土部门设置警示标志，公安、交警部门对塌陷区域的道路进行交通管制；对全县所有非煤矿山企业，在前期整治的基础上，继续落实停产治理措施，严防发生次生灾害。
