阿里巴巴集团CEO、菜鸟网络董事长“逍遥子”张勇出席发布会并发表讲话,他表示:“物流是整个新商业和新经济的重要基础设施。菜鸟网络希望充分利用科技和数据赋能物流伙伴,一起联合起来提供高品质、可信赖的物流服务,创造出更多物流产品和场景,最终提升端到端的供应链效率,为更多消费者带来更好的体验。”

菜鸟网络同时宣布,为了鼓励商家选择菜鸟联盟,推动优质物流服务常态化,将拿出10亿元作为联盟启动基金。在5月28日前与菜鸟联盟合作的商家,将享受较大幅度的服务价格优惠。

这是菜鸟网络完成首轮融资后的第一个大动作,包括申通等中国主要快递公司以及海信等商家都参加了本次发布会。

传统物流成网购痛点

童文红认为,要做到以后每年千亿件包裹时,物流体验还能很优质,关键还是依靠大数据和社会化协同。菜鸟联盟的组建,就是要通过大数据和协同,把物流服务中优质的部分培育出产品,推荐给商家和消费者。

菜鸟联盟的合作方式采用开放式,并非强制性,但是进入彩鸟联盟的快递公司必须提供优质服务,并持有开放思想。菜鸟网络将为菜鸟联盟成员提供基础设施、网状供应链、大计算、服务背书、云客服等服务。

天猫将上线“当日达”、“次日达”

菜鸟联盟的产品包括:当日达、次日达、橙诺达、定日配送、夜间配送、送货入户、开箱验货、上门取退等,都将陆续推出。

据悉,联盟首期已经在12个城市推出当日达服务,在90个城市推出次日达服务。这些优质物流产品将首先在天猫上架。

今后消费者在天猫网购时,如果看到带有“当日达菜鸟联盟”和“次日达菜鸟联盟”特殊标识的商品,这意味着如果是当日11点前下单,商品当天就可以送达,如果是16点前下单,则第二天可以送达。

菜鸟联盟的服务还将有统一的客服,消费者投诉更便捷。如果不能兑现服务承诺,买家将获得赔偿。

菜鸟网络CEO童文红说,菜鸟联盟就是要给消费者提供这种“靠谱,说到就到”的物流服务。她认为电商接下来10年关键是看物流,菜鸟联盟的愿景是未来5到8年,要达到服务1000万企业,每年配送1000亿个包裹的能力。
