不过，记者发现，上海迪士尼度假区在阿里旅行的官方旗舰店却可以提前一小时下单预订。张小姐成功地在上面预订了5张16日开园当天的门票，并完成支付，随后收到了阿里旅行发来的确认短信。短信内容显示：“您的迪士尼门票已经成功支付，正在出票中。出票成功后，您会收到短信提醒。如果出票失败，您的货款会自动退至您的付款账户，出票时间最长不会超过7天。”但正式开售仅仅5分钟左右，6月16日开幕日的标准票已经售罄，只剩下儿童票和老人票。15分钟左右，18日的标准票也告罄。
携程官网则从28日零点开卖，0点08分记者虽然成功预订了首日票，但没多久就收到短信通知“订单取消、钱款将退回”。在春秋旅游的官方网站，27日11点半时只显示迪士尼门票从6月17日起销售，不包括16日开园当天的门票；但28日零点一过，所有日期的门票都不能选了，系统显示“售罄”。
