精子真的用光了吗？昨天，上海人类精子库相关负责人陈向锋紧急辟谣，从上海人类精子库2003年露面以后，精子库一直供不应求，随着“全面二孩”时代的到来，人类精子库的储存任务更加吃紧，但远远没有到用光的地步。为了鼓励更多的人加入捐精的队伍，两三年前全国精子库都提高了奖励额度，目前，在上海捐精最高有6000元的补贴。遗憾的是，捐精者体检合格率在下降，四分之三的人在体检中被淘汰。

“需要的人太多了，一直供不应求，缺口巨大。”陈向锋透露，与合格捐精者不足形成对比的是那些等待着精子捐献的家庭。上海人类精子库与国内20多家生殖健康中心有合作，每年接到来自全国各地的需求有2万多份，但实际能供出去的只有1万多份，“一般等待时间由生殖中心控制，加上一些同时存在女方因素的家庭还需要治疗，所以一般等一年左右是很正常的。”
为寻求精源，上海市人类精子库通过举办校园爱心讲座、网络宣传等多种途径招募捐助者。截止今年3月19日，上海市人类精子库供精获得临床妊娠数已经超过1万1千多例，子代出生8千2百多例。但仍旧供不应求，特别是优质精液库存逐月下降。
捐精者体检合格率在下降
为了鼓励爱心人士鼓足勇气大胆走进人类精子库，全国奖励额度普遍上涨，上海目前奖励补助最高为6000元。在陈向锋看来，“捐精过程不是大家想象的那么简单，志愿者要付出很多时间和精力。”
捐精前首先要进行免费的全套男科体检，体检合格后才能进行捐献，捐精过程由志愿者在捐献室内独立完成。由于男性正常状态下每次排精仅为2到6毫升，加上每个人的精子状况也有起伏，只有在检验合格情况下才能入库，因此一般完成捐精全过程都需要跑7到8次。也正是出于这个原因，精子库为志愿者提供了每次50元的路费补贴。而每人要完成17毫升的捐献量后，可获得总共3000元的交通、误工、营养补贴。捐精完成后，还要等待6个月后再进行一次艾滋病毒检测，全部合格，并且前期捐精过程在3个月内完成，总共会有6000元的补贴。
奖励额度提高了，捐精者是不是也增加了？答案是肯定的，爱心捐赠者小幅增加，但并没有预想中的那么多。和以前不同的是，过去捐赠者中大多数是大学生，现在白领也开始增加，在捐精队伍中占了一半。
